At the Chétif Restaurant our chefs create mouthwatering dishes inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, made to recipes that embrace the land, with grilled items, stews and flavoursome sliced meats and cheeses.

The cellar takes you on a wonderful journey from the south of Italy to the north, reaching as far as France.

Every dish reflects close daily contact with the cream of local farmers and a particular focus on seasonal ingredients. We devote the same care and attention to our vegetarian menus, which originate from the local area and its traditions.
